2010 Election Information
Register to Vote
If you’re not a registered voter in Baltimore County, you can download an application
online from the MD State Board of Elections and return it to the Board of Elections.

When to Register
A voter registration application may be submitted to your local board of elections or the State Board of Elections at any time.
To vote in the Primary Election, an application must be postmarked by August 24, 2010,
To vote in the General Election an application must be postmarked by October 12, 2010.

When can I Early Vote?
All early voting locations are open from 10 AM until 8 PM daily.
Early voting for the Primary election begins Friday, September 3rd through Thursday, September 9th (excluding Sunday).
For the General Election, early voting opens Friday, October 22nd and closes Thursday, October 28th (excluding Sunday).

Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on election day.
