Planning For Your Future

Planning for life as a senior citizen may seem far off for some people but it is important for people of all ages to think about this important issue. To help with these plans the Baltimore County Department of Aging has prepared a new booklet entitled “Planning for Your Future-Long Term Care”.

This publication is a guide to help people prepare for their and their loved ones’ retirement and their need for long-term care. You can contact my office at 410-841-3620 or katherine.klausmeier@senate.state.md.us and I will be more than happy to have a copy sent out to you.

In addition to this helpful guide, the Department of Aging has also scheduled retirement planning seminars that should prove to be informative to people of all ages. These seminars will be held from September to December at Senior Centers across the County.
